Maintenance Tips:
- It is always time to clean the gutters
- Please change the air filter every 3-4 months
- Check your smoke alarm battery
- Check your Carbon Monoxide detector battery
- Report any leaks, mold or soft floors around sinks, toilets, windows and doors
- Don't be afraid to report problems with the house
- Make sure you water the plants close to the house, even in drought. Water the lawn at least two days per week for 15-20 minutes in drought
- Clean the lint trap in your dryer
- Report any lose electrical plugs or switches
- IPM does not change light bulbs for tenants
- If you have lost your keys, call a locksmith
- If you smell smoke, leave the home and call 911
- If you have a broken water pipe or line, try to locate the water shut off valve for the fixture. Check under the sink or outside near the hose bib and turn off
- IPM does not get involved in domestic disputes
- Put a pad lock on the electical panel for added security
