RENT QUALIFICATIONS

  • All renters/applicants 18 or older must sign the rental agreement.
  • All applicants 18 or older and must have a minimum FICO score of 650 to qualify.​
  • The household income must be at least 3 times the rent per month.
  • If animals are accepted, then a pet deposit maybe requested.
  • Proof of income is required.
  • Prior rental history is considered.
  • The cost of the credit report is $35.00 per adult applicant. All applicants are entitled to receive a copy of the credit report if a fee is charged.
  • All properties do not allow smoking inside the premises.
  • All terms of the rental agreement will be enforced and monitored.
